BONUS EPISODE: Building a New Franchise with Tampa Bay Sun FC Head Coach Denise-Schilte Brown

In this episode, Tayler is joined by Denise Schilte-Brown, Head Coach of the Tampa Bay Sun FC. The Sun are one of the newest franchises in the USL-W, recently rebranded the Gainbridge Super League. Denise talked about her transition from college coaching to leading a new professional women's soccer team. She shared insights on what it’s been like to build a new franchise, establish team culture, and the importance of community support for women's sports.
